Terms and Conditions

  • All prices exclusive of Parking, Congestion charge, Excess waiting and UK VAT
  • Credit card payments are subject to a 5% surcharge.
  • A variation on the journey booked may incur additional charges.
  • We reserve the right to substitute any vehicle or chauffeur in the event of unforeseen circumstances, but will endeavour to supply a vehicle of equal quality.
  • Our airport rates include a meet and greet service plus 30 minutes waiting time we also monitor flight progress to the best of our abilities from information given.
  • A variation on the journey or excess waiting time may incur additional charge.


  • If a booking is cancelled by the client prior to 48hours a full charge will be made, unless we can reallocate the chauffeur and vehicle.
  • We make every effort that the vehicle booked arrives on time but we cannot be held responsible or liable for losses that occur that are beyond our control, for example last minute road closures.
  • We will always travel by the most appropriate route unless instructed by the client.
  • Although our vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, customer properties are carried at their own risk and we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to this property.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to carry passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs that could become a threat to our drivers or their vehicles.
  • All Hires start and finish from our nearest base.
  • All charges are payable in advance 48hours before hire except when the hirer has a credit account or credit card approval by the company.
  • Midnight to 06:00am additional 50% surcharge will be added at the discretion of the company.
